Rules/Facts of show:
1)No profanity
2)Only five acts will be allowed a night, your entry does not guarantee you will perform.
3)Selected performers must arrive on time and sign in.
4)One act will be selected to go forward to the next week using audience participation to assist in selection. (so bring your crew)
5)Chosen participants will be notified of the date they will perform.
6)All acts will have a maximum of 15 mins. to perform.
7)Acts will be judged by a panel of industry professionals.
8)All participants must sign a photo/video release form.
All shows will be on Wednesdays at The Brown Coat Pub and Theatre 111 Grace Street downtown Wilmington, NC
Prizes & Opportunities for Participants
All entries chosen to perform will receive an 8x10 photo taken during their performance.
Free Studio Time
Their will be one participant selected each week to continue, that participant will receive full studio photo shoot before following performance. This performer’s photo will be used on movie size poster to advertize future shows. Performer will receive poster as well.
Finale winner chosen at last show will receive full Electronic Press Kit and representation in events by Port City Promoters.
Finale Winner will perform opening act at Port City Promoters Winter Concert featuring Known Recording Artist.
Electronic Press Kit of Finale Winner will be presented to “Doc Holliday” vocal coach of Making the Band who will analyze and advise artist via skype.
